The early days with your newborn baby are a flutter of excitement! Newborn sessions with me are about capturing the beauty of welcoming a new member of your family. I remove any stress from your session by working with you to fully style your session prior to baby's arrival. Within the first 10 days after birth, we schedule your session where I combine solo portraits of your little one in all their newness with lifestyle family portraits where you are able to be fully present in these heirloom images.

We knew we had to work with Samantha for our newborn photos after an amazing experience with her at our wedding! She is so very warm, helpful, creative, and made the entire shoot/experience so easy for us- especially as new parents. A few things that stand out: 1. Her client closet is an incredible option and the dresses she helped me select helped me feel so confident and beautiful even a week postpartum. 2. The opportunity to take these photos in our own home made all the difference- we were relaxed, not rushed, and love having images of our family in our own special “space” 3. We recently had newborn photos done with Samantha and could not be happier with the outcome. Every photo perfectly captured the day; there is not one photo that is not stunning. What can I say! Samantha is a magic maker, truly. She’s worked with my family 3 times now and each time I’m blown away by her ability to capture my kids authentically AND beautifully. Anyone with toddlers knows how hard it is to do/ go anywhere! Within minutes, my son has crumbs on his face, juice on his shirt and is rolling in the dirt. Samantha just rolls with the punches and gets the little windows of sweetness in between the chaos. From the pictures you would think my kids were cuddly angels the whole time.
