The early days with your newborn baby are a flutter of excitement! Philadelphia & West Chester PA newborn photography sessions with me are about capturing the beauty of welcoming a new member of your family in joyful and timeless style. I provide a concierge portrait experience by working with you prior to your baby's arrival to fully style your session.
Within the first 10 days after birth, we schedule your session where I combine solo portraits of your little one in all their newness with lifestyle family portraits where you are able to be fully present in these heirloom images. My full service sessions conclude with a design appointment tailored how you would like to enjoy your memories within your home.

With all of the families we serve, one thing remains consistent- They desire beautiful newborn portraits but feel overwhelmed about how to make it happen.
The biggest barrier to getting custom portraiture is the time and effort it takes to plan and execute your session. And even if you can pull all the pieces together for a Philadelphia or West Chester PA newborn photography session, you are stuck with an overwhelming pile of digital files that you can't imagine narrowing down, let alone printing.
All of these roadblocks are handled with my full service portrait process.

I have a Client Closet of over 100 dresses specifically geared for pre and postpartum bodies in a range of colors and styles that I know will photograph beautifully. I also stock children's clothing to give your session a beautifully curated style. While I don't stock men's apparel I do make recommendations for Dads attire.
Based on your style preferences, I make location recommendations and work with you on finalizing our best meetup time based on your children's schedules. Because I bring Mom and Child attire, you just need to show up ready to have fun with your family.
After your session, we will schedule your gallery premiere! This is where we will look through all of the beautiful images that we created together and design custom artwork that will live within your home. I predesign wall art collections and pull favorites to give you a jumping off point for enjoying your image investment. All final artwork orders and digital file collections are placed and paid for at your ordering appointment.

Our membership plan includes 3-4 sessions over the course of 18 months - typically maternity, newborn, 6 month milestone session and the 1st birthday session. These sessions allow you to beautifully capture your child's first year with a cohesive set of images and artwork that will live within your home.
Baby plans typically start with your maternity session to focus on capturing the beauty of your time before baby.These sessions are offered in-studio or on location and include access to our client wardrobe of over 100 dresses specifically geared for pre and postpartum bodies. You will be hand styled for all of the sessions in your membership but maternity is one of my favorite because we have such a variety of options for mamas to be.

Our newborn sessions are a beautiful mix of solo portraiture of your baby in the first 7-10 days of life and timeless images of the family all together. We aim to capture those quiet moments of wonder as you welcome your sweet baby into your family. These sessions are offered in-home or in studio depending on the style you prefer and include styling for baby, mama and young siblings.

6 Month and First Birthday are the other points in your child’s first year of life that we love to capture because of how much your little one changes at those milestones. These sessions include play based posing that capture your little as they go from roly-poly baby to sitting, scooting, and trying cake for the first time! In these milestone sessions we always encourage parents to take part. You deserve to be present in these memories with your little one. They will cherish having you a part of their first year as they grow.

When should we book our newborn session?
I take a limited number of Philadelphia & West Chester PA newborn photography commissions each month and suggest booking during your second trimester. At the time of booking, you will fill out your portrait contract and pay your session fee. This places your due date on my calendar. As we know a due date is a guess date. Once the baby arrives you will reach out to schedule your newborn session within that first week you are home.

What should I wear for my newborn session?
When it comes to wardrobe, I have you covered! I remember as a new mom myself how overwhelming it felt to pick an outfit for our newborn photos so when creating my newborn portrait experience, I knew as a West Chester PA newborn photographer I wanted to offer a client wardrobe of dresses specifically geared for pre and postpartum bodies. I have a wardrobe of over 100 dresses that I know will photograph beautifully.

Where should our newborn session take place?
We offer studio sessions OR in-home sessions. The location really comes down to client preference. Some of our families want to have portraits in the nursery and throughout their home and others prefer the simplicity of shooting in our natural light studio.

Do you offer a package for multiple sessions?
I offer both single sessions and my Baby Plan Membership. The Baby Plan membership offers clients 3-4 sessions over the course of 18 months and includes special perks during each of your ordering appointments such as 10% off any wall art and an album credit. The Baby Plan membership is built to capture from expecting your little one with a maternity session, through their first birthday session.
